Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is preferred; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Lead and foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication across departments.
• Implement personal development plans and ensure orientation, training, and coaching of staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and department, station, and OSHA requirements.
