Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee package handlers and drive safety, productivity, and quality across shifts. The role focuses on training, developing teams, and maintaining high standards for efficiency and service levels within a fast-paced facility.

The candidate will build strong cross-functional relationships, implement development plans, and ensure adherence to policies and OSHA requirements while promoting continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
  • Management experience - Preferred

  • Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
  • Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establishes and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and proactive communication.
  • Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure continuing professional growth.
  • Ensures all department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.

  • Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro‑active coaching to support their continued development.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
