The HUB/Pharma Account Manager at careviso is based in a hybrid role across our Vienna, VA; Charlotte, NC; or Orlando, FL offices. You will nurture and expand our HUB customer base, coordinating with program managers and eServices teams to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
During onboarding, you’ll work onsite four days a week for 1–2 months, then transition to a hybrid model with 2–3 onsite days weekly, including in-person collaboration. Up to 20% travel may be required.
Location: This is a hybrid position based in one of our offices in Vienna, VA; Charlotte, NC; or Orlando, FL.
During the initial onboarding and training period (approximately 1–2 months), employees are expected to work onsite four (4) days per week to facilitate training, collaboration, and integration with the team.
Upon successful completion of training, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model, with employees expected to work onsite 2–3 days per week, including a minimum of two (2) days each week for in-person collaboration.
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations. This is not a remote position.

They will serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs, while monitoring SeeQer volume and helping identify new areas of opportunity.
