Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Hub Specialist to support hub operations at our Greenville, SC location. You will optimize warehouse workflows, assist with inventory, and fulfill orders with high accuracy while helping customers find the right auto parts.

You will collaborate with teammates, adhere to safety guidelines, and participate in returns and restocking processes to maintain a smooth operation. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts for order fulfillment and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: assist with inventory control and organize products efficiently.
• Order Fulfillment & Accuracy: pick, pack, and process orders with high accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: work with teammates to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
• Customer Support: help customers find auto parts and provide alternatives.
• Safety & Compliance: follow OSHA guidelines and maintain a safe workspace.
• Returns & Restocking: process and stock returned items correctly.
