AutoZone, Inc. is seeking an Hub Inventory Manager to lead inventory control for hard parts, oversee cycle counts, and maintain safety and merchandising standards. You will work to optimize stock accuracy, support hub operations, and collaborate with the Hub General Manager on transfers and merchandise planning.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer assistance, and using AutoZone systems to locate parts or suitable alternatives while ensuring compliance with policies and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and retail operations.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hard parts inventory for peak efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete weekly Cycle Count Matrix and resolve discrepancies.
• Scan and manage all product outs within the store.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety, including PPE compliance.
• Review and maintain inventory accuracy and documentation.
• Delegate and oversee inventory merchandising tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention.
