Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: work with clients and communities across the United States.
• Policy Administration: assist in policies, endorsements, renewals, data management.
• Market Research: support analysis of US insurance markets and trends.
• Technical Training: participate in workshops and training sessions.
• Reporting: prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Our rotational design will allow you to gain hands‑on experience working alongside our Commercial Lines (Business Insurance), Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams, learning the ins and outs of our business of each group while exploring areas like client service, sales, and more.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn directly from industry experts across risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management, building both your professional skills and the foundation for a successful future career.

Program Highlights

• Pathway to a Career at HUB: Our internship program is designed to identify and develop future talent. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to pursue full-time roles across HUB’s U.S. locations following graduation.

• Scholarship Opportunities: Eligible interns may have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship through the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB), providing an additional opportunity to demonstrate their potential and commitment to a future in the insurance industry.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities may Include:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and service teams to work with clients and communities across the United States to understand unique regional needs.
• Policy Administration: Gain hands‑on experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data management, and assisting in claims processing.
• Market Research: Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
• Technical Training: Participate in workshops and training sessions to strengthen your skills and industry knowledge.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
