AutoZone is seeking a Hub Delivery Driver in the United States to join a fast-paced retail team. The role involves operating company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores, while maintaining safety and accuracy in documentation.

You will assist DIY customers in-store, share product knowledge, support store operations, and help maintain merchandising standards. A valid license and basic automotive knowledge are required; Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide WOW! customer service during deliveries and in-store support.
  • Lead and collaborate with store managers and customers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Follow structured delivery processes to ensure on-time routes and safety.
  • Transport automotive parts using company vehicles and maintain proper documentation.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and uphold store merchandising standards.
  • Assist DIY customers in-store with merchandise location and product knowledge.
  • Handle returns, restocking, and assist with installation services when needed.

  • Timely Deliveries – Drive company vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores. Maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
  • Safety & Compliance – Follow company policies and safety protocols, fleet PPE guidelines, and ensure accident-free transportation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Store Standards – Complete daily vehicle checklists, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues promptly. Support store merchandising standards as needed.
  • Returns & Restocking – Pick up returns, process merchandise, and restock items from route deliveries efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Assistance & Product Knowledge – Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries, helping locate merchandise, providing product knowledge and offering installation services. Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
  • Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
  • Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
