Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Hub Delivery Driver in the United States. Drive company-provided vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores, while delivering WOW! customer service and maintaining safety and on-time deliveries.

This full/part-time role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends. You will support store operations and provide product knowledge to customers.

Responsibilities

• WOW! Customer Service & Communication—deliver with friendly, professional service.
• Leadership & Teamwork—collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation—follow delivery processes and on-time routes, safety first.
• Timely Deliveries—drive company vehicles to transport parts to commercial customers and stores; maintain delivery records.
• Safety & Compliance—adhere to policies, PPE, and safety guidelines.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Store Standards—daily checks, keep clean, report issues; assist merchandising as needed.
• Returns & Restocking—collect returns, process merchandise, restock efficiently.
• Customer Assistance & Product Knowledge—assist DIY customers in-store and provide product knowledge.
