Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Hub Delivery Driver in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll use leadership, teamwork, and structured processes to ensure efficient, on-time deliveries while supporting commercial customers and store operations.

No CDL required; company vehicles provided. Responsibilities include delivering parts to commercial customers and AutoZone locations, maintaining routes and documentation, and upholding safety and vehicle standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance to operate company vehicles.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule with availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• WOW! Customer Service & Communication: deliver friendly, professional service during deliveries and build strong customer relationships.
• Leadership & Teamwork: collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to maintain smooth operations.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation: follow structured delivery processes and ensure on-time routes with safety.
• Timely Deliveries: drive company vehicles to transport parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores; maintain documentation.
• Safety & Compliance: follow policies, PPE guidelines, and ensure accident-free transport.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Store Standards: complete daily vehicle checks, keep clean, report issues; support merchandising.
• Returns & Restocking: pick up returns and restock items efficiently.
