Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Hub Delivery Driver in Houston. You will deliver parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores without a CDL, upholding safety and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include timely deliveries, vehicle readiness, and assisting in-store with product knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; flexible schedule includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule availability (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• WOW! Customer Service & Communication – exceed expectations with friendly, professional service during deliveries.
• Leadership & Teamwork – collaborate with store managers and customers to maintain operations.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – follow delivery processes and safety guidelines.
• Timely Deliveries – drive company vehicles to transport parts to commercial customers and stores.
• Safety & Compliance – follow policies and PPE guidelines to ensure safe transport.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Store Standards – do daily checks and report issues; assist merchandising as needed.
• Returns & Restocking – pick up returns and restock items from route deliveries.
• Customer Assistance & Product Knowledge – assist DIY customers in-store with product knowledge and services.
