Job summary

Web Business Solutions Inc. seeks an HTML Specialist to design and program HTML5-based courseware for DPME, MarineNet delivery, and CDET outreach.

The role emphasizes robust, accessible content for self-paced learning and requires collaboration with instructional designers and imagery resources. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with HTML5, XML, CSS, and ASP.NET, plus a strong background in multimedia content development and course material support for academic and military

Qualifications

Qualified HTML5 or appropriate legacy certification is desired.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field.
Eight (8) years of experience in HTML configuration, administration, and development; demonstrated experience with HTML, XML, CSS, and ASP.NET.

Responsibilities

Provide HTML5 programming and webpage design for DPME courseware and MarineNet delivery.
Develop interactive HTML5 files for asynchronous, self-paced delivery.
Coordinate with imagery resources and the WWW for imagery and video collection.
Create multimedia for CDET marketing and outreach programs.
Support course directors and associate deans with course material development.
