Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a comparable technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HSSE experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-tech industries.
• Proven experience establishing and improving management systems and driving a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company-wide HSSE management system.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal HSSE requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and workplace inspections; implement corrective measures.
