Job summary

CB&I in the United States is seeking an HSES Manager to lead safety, health, environment, and sustainability programs across a defined region. You will drive regulatory compliance, audits, incident investigations, and training while reporting to the Regional or Sr.

Manager HSE. The role requires 10–15 years since degree with 8+ years in construction, strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to influence across multiple teams; occasional travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years since first degree with 8+ years in construction/HSES leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and relevant HSE standards.
  • Experience delivering training and managing audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of all HSES requirements and project deliverables for a defined region.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and compliance for scope of work.
  • Lead HSES plans, procedures and instructions.
  • Conduct HSES risk reviews and maintain risk registers.
  • Oversee HSES training, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Represent HSES in client meetings and bid reviews.
  • Travel to job locations as needed.

wThe HSES Manager has overall responsibility for the development and delivery of all HSES programs, including regulatory compliance and overall HSES performance for an operating region or country.
