Job summary

Flowpoint Services, LLC is seeking an HSEQ Specialist to help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across Midland, TX and Carlsbad, NM. You will conduct field audits, train employees, maintain compliance records, and assist with incident investigations to drive continuous safety improvements.

The role requires coordinating safety meetings, managing reporting systems, and supporting regulatory and customer safety requirements, with travel between field locations and after-hours

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSEQ, safety, or compliance experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between Midland and Carlsbad locations.
