Keller is seeking a proactive HSEQ Coordinator to provide full-time safety support across projects in the United States (travel to Canada possible). You will work with the Business Unit Safety Team and crews to promote a safe, compliant work environment. Relocation is not required, and candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S.

This role entails heavy travel and requires coordinating safety inspections, regulatory compliance, and training to ensure project sites meet safety standards.

Competenze

• CSP, CHST, OSHT, and other accredited professional designations are preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and travel documentation
• Available for continuous, year-round project travel.

• Conduct routine safety inspections as directed by the Business Unit Safety Manager over the project.

• Acquire necessary resources to close out corrective actions as needed. Conduct and follow up on safety inspections to ensure closure of unsafe, defective, or non-compliant items.

Position Overview

Keller is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator who is willing to travel all over the United States and possibly Canada to provide fulltime safety support on a variety of projects. In this hands-on role, you will work directly with the Business Unit Safety Team and project crews to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Relocation is not required. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States.

This is a heavy travel position.

Additional Information

Salary Range

$75,000 to $100,000 per year, DOE

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
