Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an HSE Supervisor to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs for projects in Haskell, Texas. The role ensures regulatory compliance and promotes a strong safety culture across personnel.

You will develop site-specific HSE plans, conduct inspections, and lead incident investigations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring proper PPE usage and training for teams on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in an HSE role, with at least 2 years in supervision in energy/construction/heavy industrial settings.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; CSP/CHST/ASP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor site-specific HSE plans per Primoris standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and orientation to employees, contractors, and visitors.
