Job summary

Nassal/nFusion, part of the PCL family, seeks an HSE Student for our Orlando office to support inspections, incident investigations, and safety orientations. You will help manage safety documents and track statistics while assisting with HSE plan development and PSI audits.

Responsibilities include delivering safety programs, assisting with program implementation, and maintaining daily/weekly safety records.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is required.
• Hazard anticipation and assessment training is preferred.
• Experience researching occupational health and industrial hygiene policies is a plus.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• 18+ years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Availability to work in Orlando, FL full-time from May to August.

Responsibilities

• Assists site HSE professional with inspections and incident investigations.
• Assists with the orientation of new employees.
• Manages and reviews safety documents per company/project standards.
• Gathers, reviews, and distributes safety-related statistics.
• Assists with development and implementation of project-specific HSE plan.
• Delivers Safety programs to site personnel and safety orientation.
• Assists in HSE program implementation in line with OSHA regulations.
• Inputs safety statistics and daily/weekly HSE documentation.
• Assists with PSI program implementation and PSI audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
