A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a Managing Director - Founder to lead Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security initiatives at their site in York, SC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety or Engineering, 8–10 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing, and strong leadership skills in safety program implementation. Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or similar high-compliance industries.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Homeland Security regulations for chemical facilities.

• Manage process safety programs and conduct audits for compliance.
• Support continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles.
