Job summary

The Micon Group, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced HSE Regional Manager to lead safety programs across the region. You will standardize processes, coordinate field teams, and ensure compliance with company and customer HSE requirements while promoting a culture of safety.

You should have 5+ years in a safety role, OSHA 500 and CHST certifications, and be able to travel as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 certification is preferred and CHST certification is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to travel with short notice to support HSE needs.
