Prysmian in Marshall, TX seeks a strategic HSE Supervisor to partner with the Safety Director. You will lead the site HSE Coordinators, develop risk-reduction plans, and drive a behavior-based safety culture while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
You will coordinate safety training, mentor site staff, and provide technical support across environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role emphasizes leadership and regulatory expertise.
As a strategic partner, this is a supervisory position that involves providing technical environmental, health, & safety support to the Operations team and leading the site HSE Coordinators. The role will partner with the Safety Director in developing, leading, and implementing HSE initiatives and objectives, including coordinating safety training programs, developing risk reduction plans, driving a behavior-based safety culture, and providing technical support to ensure compliance with all regulations.
