Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager II to oversee health, safety and environmental practices across multiple project sites in Arizona. The HSE Manager II is an Manager position. This role supports the implementation and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on team leadership and development. Other responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, conducting incident investigations, identifying safety training needs for multiple projects, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
