The HSE Manager provides leadership and guidance to construction projects in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental (EHS) processes. This role drives a strong safety culture, ensures regulatory and corporate compliance, and partners closely with project leadership and field teams to proactively manage risk, prevent incidents, and support the successful delivery of major construction projects.
This role operates primarily in a construction project environment, with a mix of field and office work. The HSE Manager travels between job sites as required and may spend time in a project office to complete planning, reporting, and coordination activities. The position requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs or ladders while performing site inspections and audits. Work is performed in active construction settings, which may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, varying weather, and typical construction equipment and activities. The pay range for this position is $89000.00 - $111000.00/yr.
