Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks an Adult Education Guidance Specialist to provide comprehensive academic advising, career guidance, and student support for adults pursuing HSE programs. You will help students navigate pathways, overcome barriers, and align goals with Oklahoma standards and WIOA requirements.

Responsibilities include intake, assessment, planning, and ongoing guidance to support HSE attainment, with emphasis on retention, community resource connections, and data-driven program

• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with instructors and partners to support transitions.
• Maintain accurate student records and fidelity to guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.
