Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a motivated HSE Coordinator to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across operations. You will develop policies, training materials and reports, analyze incidents, and collaborate with teams to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to work with executives across a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, project management, or OH&S.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA and other HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and training.
• Analyze incidents and trends to drive improvements.
• Coordinate audits and inspections for compliance.
• Create reports and presentations for management and regulators.
• Provide HSE support to project teams and operations.
