CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Associate in Oregon to assist in developing complex procedures and operational guidance within the HSE program, safeguarding employees and communities.

The role supports the Environment Health and Safety function and covers monitoring, strategic solution development, and compliance-related activities. Shift is 2:00pm-11:00pm, Monday to Friday, on-site at Oregon location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must understand a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records are stored for compliance.
• Present inspection records and violations to management with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and findings.
• Assist with cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and related teams; suggest process improvements.
