Qualifications

• Coaching at high school/collegiate/youth level preferred.
• Must communicate with students, staff, parents and administration.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain before coaching.
• Demonstrates strong ethics and professional conduct.
• Knowledge of basketball rules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental and advanced basketball skills to student-athletes.
• Direct practices and organize game strategies.
• Ensure compliance with school and MHSAA rules and safety measures.
• Coordinate recruitment and participation of students.
• Maintain equipment and manage distribution of gear and uniforms.
• Submit end-of-season awards list to Athletic Department.
