Job summary

Motivation, Education & Training, Inc. is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to manage a warm learning environment for Head Start children and to implement the MET Head Start curriculum.

You will support individual and group needs, and collaborate with families to promote development. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree (Bachelor preferred) in a related field, has Head Start experience preferred, and excels in organization, communication, and stress management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Science, Public Administration or related field.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Head Start experience preferred.
• Detail and multi-task oriented.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to cope with stress.
• Time spent in strenuous physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs.
