Job summary

Raytown Quality Schools is seeking a qualified candidate for the High School Stepper Team Sponsor at Raytown High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

The sponsor will work with students, staff and parents, coordinate practice schedules, and help develop team routines and leadership. Applicants should hold a valid Missouri teaching certificate and have prior coaching experience; interviews will be arranged on a selected basis. This is a stipend-based role during the school year.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Missouri Teaching Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years coaching experience; 3-5 years head coaching preferred.
• Ability and personality necessary to work effectively with colleagues, students and parents.
