Qualifications

• Must know complex marching rhythms and be able to demonstrate and perform marching show music.
• Willing to devote time before and after school for practice and events.
• Experience participating in a percussion program is required.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in all practices, games, and competitions.
• Supervise all percussion activities and rehearsals.
• Advocate for percussion program in school and community.
• Aid in presenting marching programs at home and away sites, if applicable.
• Emphasize academic excellence with percussion and/or band class.
• Implement program policies and procedures.
• Communicate for facility usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Site Administrator or Designee.
