Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Head Start Lead Teacher to deliver developmentally appropriate early childhood education in an inclusive setting. You will work under the Center Manager with Education/Disabilities Specialists to plan activities that support growth and social development while engaging families.

The role requires at least an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, plus GA PDS Profile credentials.

• Excellent communications skills and ability to provide leadership for program continuity.
• Experience working with diverse families and a team of Education/Disabilities Specialists.
