Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in operating the athletic program.
• Coach and instruct players on rules, regulations, techniques.
• Monitor academic performance of team to ensure eligibility.
• Provide proper supervision of athletes at all times.
