Job summary

Red Bank Regional High School is seeking a High School Culinary Arts Teacher responsible for engaging, hands-on instruction that prepares students for post-secondary education and careers in hospitality and food service. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-based instruction aligned with New Jersey Student Learning Standards and CTE standards.
• Provide hands-on instruction in culinary fundamentals, food preparation, baking, sanitation, nutrition, menu planning and restaurant operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment per health and safety regulations.
• Instruct students in food safety and sanitation practices.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments and instructional materials promoting student engagement and career readiness.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess student performance and maintain accurate records of grades, attendance and progress.
• Utilize technology to enhance instruction and student learning.
