The ideal candidate is a certified teacher or holds NFHS or ASEP certification, with IHSA coaching course completed. Previous baseball coaching experience and high school participation are preferred to support our varsity program.
Experience at the high school level and participation in athletics at college level are considered a plus for strengthening our coaching team.

- Coaching experience preferred.
