The Macon R-1 School District is seeking dedicated Assistant Track Coaches to joinour High School track program.

Candidates musthold, or be able toobtain,at minimum, a valid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate.

We are looking for a dedicated coach who will:

• Help develop student-athletes both academically and personally
• Assist with practices and competitions
• Build a positive, competitive team culture
• Work collaboratively withthe head coach and coaching staff
• Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and academic success

Qualifications: Mustpossesseffectivecoachingtechniquesandskills.Mustpossessathoroughknowledgeof therules,regulations,strategies,andtechniquesofthesport.Mustpossesstheabilitytoestablishand maintain effectiveworkingrelationshipswithschooladministrators,parents,andstudents.
