We are looking for someone as passionate as we are to take over the role of our Weight Loss and Anti-Aging comprehensive wellness services and complementary therapies to ensure our clients achieve and maintain optimal health. Specialising in Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide therapies.

Title: NP/ PA/MD

Role Summary:

The provider is a key component in carrying out patient care protocols, policies, and procedures governing patient care at this clinic, in conjunction with the other providers. Providing Specialty Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Anti-Aging therapies such as Peptide therapy and Regenerative medicine therapies

Principal Accountabilities:

• Decision maker using critical thinking skills to make decision, set goals and promote outcomes for our patients. These include assessing patients, identifying problems, planning and implementing interventions and evaluation the outcomes especially for medical weight loss. Use these skills on a daily basis to discern what is best for our patients.
• Effective communication techniques to help improve the healthcare environment of our practice. Communicating effectively with patients and family members, along with other members of the healthcare team. Contribute to the healing process of our patients. In addition, verbally communicating clear, concise, and thorough patient charting is a key component to the continually of care given to our patients.
• Managing care with other healthcare workers ensures our patients are cohesively cared for by both our professionals and other nonprofessionals; working to ensure our patients’ needs and goals are being met. By providing continuity of care both in and out of the office for multiple patients usually at the same time necessitates advanced skill and management practices. Along with managing the care, in many instances providing the care and procedure to our patients.
• Advocating to protect and provide for our patients’ rights. Act on the patients’ behalf and support their decisions based on all the services our clinic offers; empowering our patients.
• Provide care in a nondiscriminatory manner to patients in accordance with the policies and guidelines established for its employees.
• Devote full business time, and to use best efforts in the performance of duties exclusively at such times and locations designated, as well as via Telemedicine.
• Provide appropriate medical documentation necessary to permit timely, complete and accurate medical billing for each patient treated.
• Prepare timely, complete records for each patient treated. Adept at using EMR system for all patient charting and notes.
• Act as a teacher, help patients learn about their health, medication, treatments and procedures. Instructing not just the patient, but usually family members and even sometimes friends on how they can help and support our patients. Education empowers our patients to make their own lifestyle choices and help them every step of the way through their weight loss journey.
• Continuing to learn and seek the most up-to-date, evidence based practices by attending conferences, trainings and continuing to receive certifications to make sure knowledge base is sound and will continue to help our patients both currently and in the future.
• Work in collaboration with the Clinic Supervisor and shall not render services outside of the scope of practice established.
• Perform such other duties relating to the provision of services as may be reasonably assigned to, when providing Medical weight Loss medications, vitamin injections, evaluating pathology and approving proper protocols for Hormone Replacement Therapies
