As the HRIS & Recruitment Specialist, you will work onsite in Anchorage, AK primarily supporting the administration, accuracy, and day‑to‑day operation of the organization’s Workday HRIS environment. This position maintains employee and position data, performs system audits, supports Workday business processes, responds to service‑level requests, troubleshoots end‑user issues, creates standard reports, and assists with HRIS process documentation and system improvements. As a secondary area of responsibility, you will support recruitment administration, job requisitions, candidate workflow, pre‑employment activities, and onboarding processes in Workday to help ensure an accurate and efficient recruitment‑to‑hire experience.
While this position is based in Anchorage, AK and primarily performs work in an office environment, we are open to considering the option to work in a hybrid arrangement and the potential for a remote arrangement based on business needs and Company approval.
