Our commitment to our people is built on four pillars: We build from within. We stand behind our people. We foster an environment for constant learning. We engineer change for a more stable and sustainable world.

YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We’re looking for an HRIS Associate to join our HR Operations department in Easton, PA. In this role, you will support HR technological solutions that allow our employees and managers to achieve organizational objectives. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for playing a leading role in the maintenance, and implementation of adjustments and processes within each of the HRIS Systems. As part of our team, you will be a key contributor to the development of the organization’s global HR technology strategy. Apply your knowledge and expertise to enhance and optimize system configuration, business processes, security, and ongoing maintenance of Workday, Jobvite, Absorb, and other HR systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will partner with the HRIS Manager on global project teams as new features and functionality are introduced and act as a change agent to ensure end-user adoption and utilization. As an internal HR technology expert, the HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR and the business by providing the appropriate advice, counsel, and proposed solutions on system issues, capabilities, and functionality. You will also use your skills to support advanced HR department reporting and analytics capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 System Support
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday support tickets, triaging and resolving Tier 1 inquiries related to navigation, self-service transactions, data updates, and access questions.
    • Escalate complex or configuration-level issues to senior HRIS Analysts with clear documentation of the issue, steps taken, and recommended resolution path.
    • Maintain and update a Workday support knowledge base, FAQs, and job aids to enable self-service and reduce ticket volume over time.
    • Support employees and managers with Workday business process completion, including onboarding, job changes, separations, and performance tasks.
  • Data Integrity & Transactions Process
    • Process routine HRIS transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures, including position management, worker data changes, and organizational assignments.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicate records, and missing fields.
    • Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry that supports downstream processing.
    • Assist with mass data loads and system uploads under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Run standard reports to fulfill recurring and ad hoc HR data requests from HR Business Partners, Payroll, and leadership.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of basic custom reports under the guidance of the Reporting Analyst.
    • Ensure report outputs meet data privacy standards and are distributed only to authorized stakeholders.
  • Testing & System Maintenance
    • Participate in system release testing by executing assigned test scripts and documenting results.
    • Support regression testing for configuration changes, integrations, and module updates.
    • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HR technology implementations or enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement & User Experience
    • Proactively identify friction points in HRIS processes, support workflows, and employee-facing transactions, and bring forward ideas to improve clarity, efficiency, or the end-user experience.
    • Stay current on Workday feature releases and emerging HRIS best practices, regularly sharing relevant updates and opportunities with the team.
    • Document HRIS business processes and maintain up-to-date procedure guides, approaching documentation as a tool for continuous improvement rather than a compliance exercise.
    • Participate in HRIS team projects, contributing ideas and completing assigned tasks with a mindset of making things better — not just done.
