Responsible for strengthening internal and external talent pipelines, improving employee readiness, and advancing career mobility across clinical and non clinical areas. Collaborates closely with operational leaders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Education, Colleges, Training centers, and community partners to ensure the organization has a skilled, prepared, and engaged workforce that meets current and future business needs. Maintains excellent relations with key stakeholders and delivers top-notch programs through national and community partnerships.
Bachelors (Required)
Complexity of Work: Role requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, driving change management, and fostering relationships. Ability to lead organizational projects with design, implementation, and evaluation that are aligned to the business needs. Flexibility in handling and prioritizing completion of multiple tasks/projects in a timely and organized manner. Ability to collaborate with senior-level leadership as a credible, results-driven, and valued partner by engaging in proactive discussions and decisions around mission attainment, business performance, financial operations and impacts, negotiations, strategy, and development of key talent programs and processes to identify and address current and future workforce challenges. Strong interpersonal, consultative, relationship-building, and conflict management skills to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with management and staff. Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide initiatives from planning to execution. Deep knowledge of funding arms: Government, State, local, and philanthropists. Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, talent strategy, or related fields, inclusive of three (3) years in project management and solution development; Specific proven experience with project management, decision support & data analysis. Experience working with workforce programs, grants, or community-based initiatives. Other Information: Additional Education Information: Master's degree preferred.
