This role requires deep Workday Talent expertise, strong product and portfolio ownership, and the ability to lead Workday leads and analysts while driving complex initiatives across multiple platforms. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Serve as the senior functional authority for Global Talent configurations and design decisions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, globally consistent, compliant, and aligned with architecture and data standards.
  • Partner with technical teams on integrations, security, data flows, and overall system integrity.
Team Leadership & Quality Oversight
  • Lead Workday leads and analysts within the portfolio; assign work, provide functional guidance, and ensure quality.
  • Review and approve configuration, testing artifacts, documentation, and release readiness.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to elevate technical expertise and delivery consistency across the team.
  • Ensure work aligns with governance standards, design principles, and user experience expectations.
Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Advisory
  • Serve as the primary technology partner to Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Listening HR COEs.
  • Lead design sessions, roadmap discussions, and decision‑making forums with HR leaders and SMEs.
  • Translate business strategy into clear technical direction and ensure alignment across interconnected systems.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex portfolio decisions and cross‑domain dependencies.
Ecosystem Leadership (Fuel50, Paradox, SumTotal)
  • Provide functional oversight and guidance for career mobility (Fuel50), candidate experience and automation (Paradox), and global learning delivery (SumTotal).
  • Ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience across platforms.
  • Govern data standards, skills taxonomy, and process alignment across the talent ecosystem.
Release Management, Optimization & Innovation
  • Oversee Workday release management for Global Talent solutions, including feature evaluation, regression planning, testing strategy, and adoption.
  • Evaluate new Workday features, SKUs, and emerging technologies relevant to Global Talent; recommend adoption where value exists.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, data quality, system performance, and user experience.
  • Ensure solution integrity, UX quality, compliance, and adherence to enterprise standards.
