Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking an HR Specialist to support the Manufacturing HR Office in Cartersville, GA. The role handles daily HR operations, data management, and the development and maintenance of HR automation tools and systems, working closely with the HR Manager to improve efficiency and lifecycle processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding, role changes, offboarding, turnover analysis, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or related operational role.
Fluent in Korean and English; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
Analyze turnover data and provide actionable insights.
Be a point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR database.
Update and manage internal HR systems and platforms.
Collaborate with HR Manager to optimize processes and systems.
Assist with performance evaluation cycles and talent management programs.
Assist in data collection for organizational design initiatives.
