Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, learning and development, or culture.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruiting efforts, candidate communications, interview coordination, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and interns.
• Contributing to employee engagement programs and culture-building activities.
• Conducting research on HR trends and workforce topics to inform programs.
• Supporting HR communications, reports, and projects.
