Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partner Support: Partner with HRBP to support leaders and employees across the U.S.; provide guidance on HR policies and programs; build relationships; identify employee concerns and propose solutions.
• Performance Management & Employee Support: Coordinate performance review processes, assist with performance improvement plans, support leave administration and accommodations.
• Talent, Engagement & Development: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, talent development discussions, and succession planning activities.
• HR Projects & Process Coordination: Plan and execute HR initiatives, manage timelines and communications, track deliverables and prepare HR materials.
• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain records in Workday, conduct data audits, and support lifecycle processes.
