DC Army National Guard is seeking an HR Specialist to support personnel records, data entry, and HR services for Soldiers. You will help manage readiness, welfare, and personnel actions while assisting with awards, evaluations, and forms.

As part of the National Guard, you will receive paid training, a regular drill paycheck, and access to tuition assistance and benefits. Recruiters can provide up-to-date information on MOS and enlistment requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and maintaining personnel records.
• Ability to follow detailed orders and maintain accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist on all human resource support matters.
• Oversee strength management and strength distribution actions.
• Ensure readiness, health, and welfare of Soldiers.
• Provide postal and personnel accountability support.
• Maintain emergency notification data.
