Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. at Exeter Hospital is seeking an on-site HR Specialist to support the HR team, managers and colleagues across onboarding, compliance and HR projects throughout the employment lifecycle.
Reporting to an HR leader, you will partner with HR Business Partners, assist with orientation for new employees, answer inquiries, promote Workday self-service and help drive continuous improvement in processes and analytics.

Reporting to a Human Resources leader, the HR Specialist provides support to the BILH Human Resources team, as well as managers and colleagues for administration, inquiries, onboarding, compliance, and other HR projects and initiatives throughout the employment lifecycle. Providing high quality client focused services, driving for excellence and continuous improvement, the HR Specialist will collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Expertise for effective delivery of HR services and strategic HR support to our stakeholders.
Pay Range: $60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
