• Three or more years of HR experience, with compensation analysis and benefits administration preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating immigration cases and working with counsel or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation analyses, benefits programs, and immigration case coordination for HR Shared Services.
• Maintain accurate records and manage recurring events and deadlines with confidentiality.
• Assist with merit and incentive planning, salary surveys, and related data processing.
