The DC Army National Guard is seeking an HR Specialist to assist Soldiers with benefits, policy questions, and sensitive issue support. You will help develop Guard careers and provide personnel support across divisions.

Responsibilities include organizing and reviewing personnel records, data entry, processing recommendations, preparing evaluations, and coordinating ID cards, leaves, and passes. You will maintain filing systems and support awards ceremonies.

• Aptitude for business administration.
• Able to follow detailed orders.
• Sound people skills.

• Responsible for the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers.
