The HR Shared Services Associate assists in Human Resources (HR) operational processes within the organization. They will support HR operations, ensuring alignment with day-to-day goals and regulatory requirements. This position provides oversight of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and state employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The US HR Hub team operates within a wider global HR function, delivering specialist support for complex HR queries and escalations while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and consistent service delivery across regions. The team is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement and delivering an excellent customer experience.
