Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) is offering an HR Services Operations Intern Representative position based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

This entry-level role focuses on handling HR inquiries, updating databases, and supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing, post-acute care environment. You will work as part of the HR Services Operations team, develop data-driven insights, and learn ticketing systems while aligning with CAPLICO values and delivering excellent service

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Document, track, and resolve employee inquiries using HR ticketing systems.
• Follow established call center protocols and performance metrics.
• Updating employee databases and personnel files.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions.
• Perform other general HR duties as assigned.
• Some overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required. Travel may be required occasionally.

HR Services Operations Intern Representative

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly, (DOE).

Location: This position is based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA
