Eurest, a Compass Group USA division in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an HR & Safety Manager to lead safety training, coaching, and compliance across Operations.

You will develop and maintain Compass safety programs, manage injury records, and drive data dashboards and metrics to improve safety performance and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with a focus on cost and risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains Compass safety program to conform with client safety requirements.
• Manages the resolution process of safety and health issues with analysis, benchmarking, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains injury record keeping in accordance with local, state and federal regulation.
• Identifies programs and tools to positively impact safety.
• Performs claims management investigation review for injured associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
