Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight to the QA Compliance Manager, ensuring audit readiness for SQF, FDA, and ODA.
• Oversee payroll execution and benefits administration.
• Manage unemployment hearings, workers' compensation claims, and OSHA regulations.
• Develop and update employee training programs and SOPs.
• Oversee IT/vendor relationships and technology budget.
• Coordinate safety and quality initiatives across the facility.
